Verio Workspace: Digital Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment At Verio Workspace, our mission is to empower everyone to work at their best. We believe that a "True Life" workspace should be accessible to all, regardless of physical or cognitive ability. We are committed to ensuring our digital experience is inclusive and easy to navigate for every customer.

Conformance Status We are actively working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with sensory, cognitive, and mobility disabilities.

Current Accessibility Features To help our users, we have implemented the following features across our store:

• Keyboard Navigation: Our site is designed to be fully navigable using a keyboard alone.
• Alternative Text: We provide descriptive Alt-Text for all product images to assist screen-reader users.

Known Limitations While we strive for 100% accessibility, some parts of our site may not yet be fully optimized. This may include:

• User-generated content in our reviews section.
• Older PDF assembly guides (we are currently transitioning these to accessible web formats).
