Before you purchase:

Our team is here to help you select the right product, reducing the need for returns and ensuring your workspace is right from the start.
Change of Mind Returns
For standard (non-bespoke) items, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- For larger items, a courier collection may be required and charged accordingly
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
Many of our products are made to order or customised to your specifications and as such are non-returnable. This includes products where you have selected specific finishes, sizes, or configurations
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact Verio Workspace within 24 hours.
In these cases:
- We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate
- Return shipping will be handled at no cost to you
- We recommend inspecting your items promptly after delivery.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- This will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return)

A deduction may be made if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
