Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, on selected products. Orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify. Delivery information is shown on individual product pages.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free delivery on orders over £250.

For orders under £250, a delivery fee of £6 applies.

Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?

We currently focus on deliveries within the UK. However, if you are based in the EU, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with your request. Please note that for EU deliveries, you will be responsible for any applicable import taxes and duties upon arrival.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product. Some of our furniture is made to order or sourced from European manufacturers, which allows for higher quality, customisation, and durability, resulting in slightly longer lead times.

Where a time frame is provided, it is an estimate but we’ll always keep you updated if anything changes.

Why do you need my phone number and email address?

We require your email address to send your order confirmation. Your phone number is essential for our delivery partners to provide real-time updates, such as arrival time windows, and to contact you directly should they need help finding your address or coordinating a specific delivery time.

Do all items arrive together?

Not always. As we work with a curated network of manufacturers, your order may arrive in separate deliveries.

You'll only ever pay the delivery fee (if applicable) shown at checkout.

Do you offer installation or white-glove delivery?

Yes on selected products. Where available, this will be clearly shown on the product page.

Our delivery partners can carefully place and assemble your furniture, and provide any necessary advice so it is ready for immediate use.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or missed appointments, a redelivery fee may apply.

We recommend ensuring access, parking, and availability are arranged in advance.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order before it has been confirmed and dispatched.

After that, cancellation may not be possible—especially for made-to-order items.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If anything is damaged, Please contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos, and we will arrange a repair or replacement.

Are return shipping charges applicable?

While returns for defective items are handled at no cost to you, a return shipping fee applies to changes of mind or personal preference.

What is your return policy?

Do you offer bespoke or custom furniture options?

Yes, we can often tailor many of our products to meet your specific requirements. Depending on the item, this may include custom desk sizes, finishes, configurations, and an extended range of fabric options.

If you have something particular in mind, get in touch and we’ll guide you through the available options. We can also send free fabric samples so you can be confident in your final choice.

Alternatively, for a completely hassle-free experience, we offer professional installation services where our partners will deliver and assemble your furniture for you.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

While we aim to display our products as accurately as possible, slight variations in colour, finish, or materials can occur, particularly with natural materials. These subtle differences are a normal characteristic of high-quality furniture.

If you are unsure about a specific fabric colour or desktop finish, we offer a free sample service to help you choose with confidence. Simply order your free samples to see and feel the materials in your own space before making a final decision.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Many of our products include a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty. We purposefully partner with manufacturers who share our commitment to longevity and stand firmly behind their craftsmanship.
