Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and on product pages.

Some items may have longer lead times due to customisation or sourcing.

Where delays occur, we will keep you informed and provide updated delivery estimates.

Next day delivery is available on selected items (orders must be placed before 2pm).

 

Delivery Costs

Free delivery on orders over £250

£6 delivery fee for orders under £250

Any additional delivery services (e.g. timed delivery or special arrangements) may incur extra charges

All delivery costs are clearly shown at checkout before purchase.

 

Multiple Deliveries

As products may be shipped from different manufacturers:

  • Orders may arrive in separate deliveries
  • You will not be charged additional delivery fees beyond what is shown at checkout

Access & Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • The space is accessible (including doorways, staircases, lifts)
  • Any required parking or building access is arranged in advance
  • For larger items, please ensure the product can fit into your space before ordering.

 

Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Missed appointments
  • Inaccessible property
  • Incorrect address
  • A redelivery or failed delivery fee may apply. We will always inform you of any such charges before rearranging delivery.

 

Delivery of Made-to-Order Items

Bespoke or customised products may have:

  • Longer lead times
  • Specific delivery arrangements
  • These details will always be shown on the relevant product page before purchase.

 

Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Supplier availability
  • Courier or logistics disruptions

If this happens, we will notify you and provide an updated timeframe.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect / missing items

Please contact Verio Workspace as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Risk & Ownership

Responsibility for the product passes to you once it has been delivered.

If you notice any issues, please report them withing 24 hours.
