As this piece is bespoke and made-to-order to your exact specifications, it is non-returnable. Your investment is fully protected: should it arrive faulty or damaged in transit, we provide priority repair or replacement. Warranty

Flokk provides a 10 year warranty for all RH chairs that are used under normal conditions for up to 9 hours per day. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum weight for users is 150 kg/23.5 stones. We guarantee the delivery of spare parts for a minimum of 10 years after the chair’s production date. The guarantee covers the parts necessary to maintain the chair’s original functionality.
