Free next working day delivery if ordered by 3pm on all orders shipped to one address in Mainland UK (excl of highlands and islands on enquiry)
Please check all items carefully on arrival. Any shortages, specification errors, or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or by the end of the next working day. We cannot guarantee to honour claims reported after this period.

Shipping

In respect of any goods returned, which have been cancelled within seven days of receiving the order, the price will be refunded in full, for any elements of the desk that have not been made-to-order. Any desk tops that have been drilled or altered in any way cannot be returned unless deemed to be faulty, or not as ordered.
Returned goods will need to be in original packaging.
If the item is damaged on a arrival, photo of the damage is required to assess the problem so that it can be corrected in the most cost effective way and for our claims purposes.
