Delivery

Free next working day delivery if ordered by 2pm on all orders shipped to one address in Mainland UK (excl of highlands and islands on enquiry)
Please check all items carefully on arrival. Any shortages, specification errors, or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or by the end of the next working day. We cannot guarantee to honour claims reported after this period.

Shipping

In respect of any goods returned, which have been cancelled within seven days of receiving the order, the price will be refunded in full, for any elements of the desk that have not been made-to-order. Any desk tops that have been drilled or altered in any way cannot be returned unless deemed to be faulty, or not as ordered.
If an order has been cancelled within 28 days of receiving the goods, we shall examine the returned order within a reasonable time. Where goods are found to be defective, the price of the goods will be refunded in full. All goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. The buyer is also responsible for the costs of returning the goods and arranging the return.
