Ergonomic Logic

The design behind the UltraBoard 960 v2 Compact is anchored
in international standards to ensure your workspace supports your wellbeing. The
distance between the key ranges from 18–20 mm distance between the key ranges (ISO
9241) and the middle keys are required to be kept under 30 mm (DIN 2137). In
accordance with Council Directive 90/270/EEC, the keyboard is fully independent
from the screen and tiltable.

Dark letters on a clear background are easier to read (ISO
9241) and contribute to increased productivity (Snyder, 1990). The satin matt
surface in a light design with dark lettering ensures the best possible
avoidance of reflections and improved legibility. The light colour avoids high
contrasts in the field of view and prevents premature eye fatigue.
